InsightHire is hiring a **Product Manager** for our AI hiring platform. **Detroit-area local first** (on-site/hybrid).
**Role:** Product Manager — AI Hiring Product
**Location:** Detroit, MI
**Compensation:** Base **$80,000 – $88,000** per year (experience-dependent). Benefits included (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k per company policy).
**What you'll do**
- Discover customer problems with recruiters, TA leaders, and hiring managers
- Turn ambiguity into scoped initiatives, metrics, and releases
- Partner with engineering on AI features: transparency, quality, and safety tradeoffs
**What we're looking for**
- 2+ years PM or strong product-adjacent ownership (internal tools, CS product partnerships, founder-led product)
- Strong written communication and prioritization
- Comfort discussing **AI capabilities and limits** with customers and engineering
