InsightHire is hiring a Product Manager for our AI hiring platform. Detroit-area local first (on-site/hybrid).
Role: Product Manager — AI Hiring Product
Location: Detroit, MI
Responsibilities
- Discover customer problems with recruiters, TA leaders, and hiring managers
- Turn ambiguity into scoped initiatives, metrics, and releases
- Partner with engineering on AI features: transparency, quality, and safety tradeoffs
Qualifications
- 2+ years PM or strong product-adjacent ownership (internal tools, CS product partnerships, founder-led product)
- Strong written communication and prioritization
- Comfort discussing AI capabilities and limits with customers and engineering
Compensation
Compensation: Base $80,000 – $88,000 per year (experience-dependent). Benefits included (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k per company policy).
