About the role
Join InsightHire as an Account Executive focused on B2B SaaS sales in AI and HR technology. You will help grow an AI-first hiring platform while working with SMB and mid-market teams.
Location: Detroit, MI — on-site or hybrid. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound and inbound conversations with SMB and mid-market teams.
- Run discovery, demos, proposals, and disciplined follow-up.
- Help refine ICP, messaging, and CRM hygiene.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Comfort with short sales cycles and high activity.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- HR tech, recruiting tools, or HCM-adjacent experience is a strong plus.
Experience and education
Experience selling subscriptions to business customers is required. Experience with HR technology or recruiting software is preferred.

Compensation
Base salary range: $155,000–$165,000 per year, experience-dependent, plus commission or variable compensation per plan.
