About the role
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems across metro Detroit. You will take a company truck home and run your own route with dispatch support.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, heat pumps and AC units.
- Perform seasonal maintenance and safety checks.
- Explain repair options clearly to homeowners.
- Keep job notes and parts usage up to date in our app.
Qualifications
- EPA 608 certification.
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
- Valid driver license and a clean driving record.

Compensation
$28 – $38 per hour, plus overtime.
