About InsightHire

InsightHire is an applicant tracking system where interviews are native to the pipeline—not a bolt-on video tool. Recruiters design journeys with async video steps: role-specific questions from your bank, delivered by a teammate, text prompt, or optional AI presenter, then scored against your rubric with transcripts and ranking before a live call. For live rounds, interview kits attach prep notes, scorecard templates, and competency criteria to every schedule. Panels submit feedback when the interview ends; recruiters see aggregated signals, chase missing scorecards, and can block advances until feedback is in. Jobs, candidates, and offers stay in one ATS—but what differentiates InsightHire is that hiring decisions run on interview evidence from first apply to final debrief.
