We have never sold personal information, and we have no plans to do so. This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how we handle your data.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
InsightHire does not sell personal information to third parties as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We share personal information with the employer organization that invited you to take an assessment, and with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, AI analysis, video hosting). These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes. See our Privacy Policy for a full sub-processor list.
4. How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights through any of these methods:
We will verify your identity before processing any request. For requests submitted via the self-service portal, verification is performed automatically through email. For email requests, we may ask you to verify your email address and provide additional identifying information.
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA. If we need additional time, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period with an explanation.
5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, the agent must present signed written authorization from you and we may still require you to verify your own identity directly.
6. Global Privacy Controls
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (although, as stated, we do not sell your data).
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Inactive candidate data is automatically deleted or anonymized per our data retention policies. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
